  • Providing administrative support to the Mall CEO

  • Office management

  • Calendar management

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings

  • Managing office supplies and inventory

  • Answering phone calls

  • Receiving delivery notes from suppliers

  • Handling invoices from suppliers and contractors

Full-time position:
Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

    • At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role – required

    • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office – required

    • Strong service-oriented mindset

    • Excellent interpersonal skills
