Shbiro Group, a leading real estate company, has been initiating and building the country since 1944. The group is engaged in the initiation and execution, planning and construction of residential neighborhoods, student housing, income-producing properties, commercial projects and hotels. The company maintains exclusive, independent and full control over the execution of its wide range of activities.

The group operates nationwide on a broad scale and initiates and builds thousands of housing units every year.
Currently, the group is constructing projects in the cities of: Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Kiryat Ono, Petah Tikva, Rosh HaAyin, Be’er Ya’akov, Rishon LeZion, Kfar Saba, Ra’anana, Hod HaSharon, Haifa, Ramla, Lod, Or Yehuda, Ganei Tikva, Ashdod, Kiryat Gat, and more.

The foundations of Shbiro Group are woven even before the establishment of the State of Israel, and its story of growth also tells the story of the pioneering generation that built the State of Israel.

Yaakov Shbiro, then a new immigrant from Iraq who was a member of the Irgun and fought in the War of Independence, began constructing residential buildings in Tel Aviv together with his two brothers. When his youngest son Rami grew up, he too joined the group, working in execution and literally building the country with his own hands. In his twenties, Rami married Ronit, and together they continued the momentum of construction for several decades. In recent years, their children Dar and Roy have joined the group — Roy in the execution division and Dar in income-producing properties.

The Shbiro family regards the continued building of the land for generations to come as a supreme value.
Today, the group is owned by Rami and Ronit Shbiro.
