Its tenant roster includes leading local and international companies.
Currently, the group is initiating, planning, and building an additional 140,000 sqm of commercial and office space that will open to the public in the coming years. In addition, Shbiro holds a substantial land bank in high-demand areas earmarked for future commercial and office development across Israel.
The commercial areas offer local residents a varied tenant mix that includes, among others, fashion stores, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, gourmet shops, clinics, and community services.
