Collections Coordinator

​​​Job Description​​

  • Working with commercial tenants

  • Setting up billing rules in the system according to contracts

  • Preparing and generating collection reports

  • Issuing invoices and receipts, handling checks

  • Managing tenant guarantees and insurance, and working with authorities

  • Coordinating with internal departments and teams

Location:
Kfar Saba

The position is open to all genders.

​​​Requirements​​

    • Experience in collections – required

    • Experience with the Priority system – an advantage

    • Experience in accounts receivable / customer accounting – an advantage

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

    • Ability to learn independently

    • Availability for a full-time position, including overtime
