​​​Job Description​​

  • Providing administrative support to the Legal Department managers

  • Office management

  • Calendar management

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings

  • Managing office supplies and inventory

  • Answering phone calls

  • Receiving delivery notes

  • Handling invoices from suppliers and contractors

Full-time position:
Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Location:
Offices at Kfar Saba Hayaruka Mall

​​​Requirements​​

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Secretary or Office Manager – required

  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office – required

  • Service-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, and highly efficient
