​​​Purchasing Coordinator​​

​​​Job Description​​

  • Ongoing handling of purchasing processes: purchase orders, delivery notes, system reports, and monitoring
     
  • Tracking deliveries, assisting in resolving inventory issues, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring consistent supply
     
  • Handling purchasing invoices across all department categories: technical equipment, materials, ceramics, and sanitaryware
     
  • Monitoring and ensuring supplier payments according to contract terms; working with the accounting department and suppliers
     
  • Oversight of logistics personnel at project sites and providing professional support in areas overlapping with purchasing
    Full-time position

     

​​​Requirements​​

  • Immediate availability
     
  • Experience in the construction industry – an advantage
     
  • Experience in purchasing and/or logistics – an advantage
     
  • Knowledge of the Priority ERP system – mandatory
     
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
     
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
     
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills
