​​​Job Description​​

  • Providing service to residents from the handover of the apartment until the end of the warranty period
     
  • Handling phone calls, emails, Excel spreadsheets, and computer systems
    Full-time position, 08:00–17:00
    Good conditions for suitable candidates!
    The position is open to both men and women.
     

​​​Requirements​​

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel – mandatory
     
  • Experience in resident/customer service – an advantage
     
  • Experience with the Priority ERP system – an advantage
     
  • High level of service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and strong listening skills
