Job Description
Full responsibility for managing and leading the project through all stages
Planning, management, and control of project schedules and budget
Quality control and assurance from groundbreaking until apartment handover
Managing the execution phase while ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
Managing the site’s operational teams, project staff, professional consultants, and both internal and external teams
Conducting execution meetings, managing negotiations, and handling contracts
Working with contractors and suppliers, managing relationships and supervising subcontractors

Requirements
Education: Certified Engineer with a B.Sc. in Construction Engineering / Civil Engineering – mandatory
Proven experience managing residential construction projects
Strong engineering and technical understanding
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong managerial capabilities and excellent organizational skills
High creativity, analytical ability, spatial vision, process optimization skills, and problem-solving on site
Ability to work with multiple interfaces (suppliers, contractors, authorities, and the client)
Determination and assertiveness alongside excellent interpersonal skills
