​Tenant Changes Coordinator​​

​​​Job Description​​

  • Assisting project clients with tenant change requests
     
  • Scheduling meetings and managing communication with apartment buyers
     
  • Drafting modification drawings, pricing the requested changes, preparing payment details for clients, and monitoring collection
     
  • Providing support to project managers, coordinating meetings, and additional administrative tasks
    Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00

​​​Requirements​​

  • Experience with AutoCAD – mandatory
     
  • Ability to read architectural plans – mandatory
     
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office – mandatory
     
  • Practical Architect with at least 4 years of interior design experience – mandatory
     
  • Knowledge of electromechanical systems (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, smart-home systems, etc.)
     
  • Previous experience in tenant changes – an advantage
